WORKING WITH WENDY...

Wendy is a competent professional speaker, a member of the National Speakers Association since 1995 and has trained thousands of speakers in platform mechanics, audience interaction and professionalism as a speaker.

When you confirm the hold on your event, we will ask for specific details like audience size, any psychographic or demographic about your participants and what major issues, if any, they are facing.
Three months prior, we will ask you for a list of the names and contact information for 6-10 people who will be in attendance.
Two months prior to your event, Wendy will personally talk to the 6-10 people, asking them questions about their perception of the challenges they are facing, what their major issues are and asking for their opinions about how to best support and help their colleagues.
From that moment on, Wendy will work to customize her core expertise - overcoming adversities large and small - to specifically suit your audience.

UPON ARRIVAL

Wendy will arrive on time, on schedule and will inform you by phone, email, pager or other communication that she is present - just to ease your mind.
She will personally inspect the room, sound equipment and lighting prior to her presentation whenever possible.
She will be professional, prepared, positive and courteous throughout the event - to all participants and personnel involved in your event.

AFTER THE PRESENTATION

Wendy will be reasonably available after the presentation to talk to, support, comfort, encourage or inspire participants.
If you choose, pre-ordered, even custom labelled, product in either print or audio form is available to give as a gift to each participant, or it can be sold in the back of the room by you or a third party.
Wendy will depart leaving a good taste in your mouth about the pleasure of working together from start to finish.
