If possible, please consider the following options to make this presentation as great as possible. 

• Wireless lavaliere microphone
• Full house lights (if using image magnification and/or videotaping, please use as much house light as possible)
• Screen and projector (for Negotiation Training only)

Room Setup

Implementing the following suggestions will increase the effectiveness of my presentation: 

• The distance from the first row of seats/tables to the stage should be no more than 10 feet.
•  The ideal stage/riser height for audiences of up to 200 people is 6"-12"; for audiences of more than 200 people, 12"-24" in height is appropriate.
•  Screens not being used should be raised during my presentation, please. 

I love connecting with people. I use a lot of movement, vocal variation, energy and audience interaction to keep interest high. I often move across the width of the platform, and sometimes step out into the audience as well. If possible, please consider this when you are designing the stage set and audio/video logistics. Thank you.
